When you contact us
We use the email address and message you provide to reply about your packaging request. Any optional project details help explain that request. Please do not include payment information or sensitive personal documents.
Website form submissions are processed by Formspree. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, where its privacy terms apply. These contact services operate separately from optional website analytics.
Optional analytics
Optional analytics is used to understand visits, packaging interests and contact actions. It runs only after you choose to allow it. Your form message and email address are not sent as analytics event fields.
If you allow analytics, this tab can remember a registered campaign label or recognized referral category and the page where it was observed. If you submit an email question, those labels accompany it to help us understand which content brought you here. We do not include search terms, full referring addresses or personal tracking identifiers. You can turn this off below.
When our own analytics storage is enabled, opted-in page and contact events are stored in our Cloudflare-hosted database and can be exported for internal analysis. Records include the page or packaging format, recognized source labels, approximate country and broad device category. We do not store raw IP addresses in this event database or use a visitor identifier for this collection. Hosting providers process connection information for website delivery and abuse prevention. Google Analytics, if enabled, is a separate optional service.
